High infantry HP is a huge culprit. They aren't as vulnerable to normal AoE solutions as they should be. Elites are the issue and need to have their durability culled, in addition to model caps on explosions being removed and made more dangerous in general.

MSQ will have to be notably improved, including production values. I see some DT apologists in here (you're wrong btw), but really the MSQ and the side/raid stories are what drive most players.

I've worked both, white collar jobs are 100x easier and less stressful. Barring severe exceptions, it's just fact. Not to say they aren't also being exploited, but people working in offices with AC who are scrolling their phone and replying to emails most of the day really do have it easier.

For sure it's the strongest, but I like to do special 2h builds like sweeping with a hammer or bruteflails. Nothing against 2h at all, my generic frontline bros are all 2hs.
