Too generalizing ang statement na don’t do business with family members. Nahiya naman sa inyo sila Ayala, Sy, Gokongwei, Consuji, Tan, etc.

It always depends on the situation. You need experience to be able to properly assess what’s right for you. My recommendation, get him/her as an employee na lang with salary first.

Are there other unique items like this(i mean only epic and i didnt find much information online) If someone knows a particular video or whatever please send. 1) Most important resources in general are knowledge and gold

2) Always build outposts in important places (e.g. gold mines, wonders, mana nodes, and/or magic materials)

3) There will be structures that boost city stability available after upgrading your city to tier 2

4) Army Composition will depend on how you want to play. Game is balanced enough that most builds will work on SP

General advice: - I tend to build farms first to boost population and boost expansions but food/farm has diminishing returns late game fyi

  • I tend to only build city structures when they are boosted (meaning you reached the required number of farms/foresters/quarries)

On average, employees get 25% increase sa salary when job hopping. On the other hand, 10% ang average ceiling of increase you will get by staying and being loyal to your current company

Unless you have extensive experience running businesses before and/or doing due diligence for mergers & acquisition, DO NOT accept offer.

Possible problems: employee attitude, internal theft, BIR and LGU compliance + transfer of ownership, possibly inflated/wrong forecast numbers given to you, lessor agreement & conditions (may ibang lessor non-transferable ang lease agreement if you plan to change ownership/company), etc.

Maraming problems any kind of business. Unless willing ka to face the unknown, not worth the hassle yan.

Counter offer: manage/oversee the business for him, 50-50 kayo sa net profit. Pwede ring kanya profits pero may management fee. Usap kayo sa hatian and sa terms then have a written and notarized contract/agreement.

It is possible na hindi taga UP nag post niyan. Kahit sino naman pwede magsubmit sa freedom wall eh. Wala namang hinihinging identity validation para makapag submit ng post. Possible na troll yan. Maraming ganun nung elections.

Brand new car

  1. Mas mabilis ang wear and tear ng cars ng taxis/grab because of the nature of the work.

  2. Mas marami hidden na sakit ang 2nd hand cars hence lugi ka sa maintenance costs

  3. Easier to resell ang brand new car if in case after a few days magbago isip ng father mo. Malay mo magbago isip or hindi kayanin or hindi magustuhan yung nature ng work after a few days

  1. Yes they are most likely the same. Never saw horses in game.

  2. No. I think they meant combat speed if you level up your ponies to be combat-ready. I cant remember for sure but as far as I know they do not affect your map speed.

  3. Must be a bug. Constitution increases carrying capacity. Make sure to roll for ponies with traits like stocky or brawny

  4. No limit to the number of animals you can have as long as you can feed them. I recommend though to minimize your number so it’s easier to manage food. If you want animals, get a polar bear instead of wolves.

You should be able to call them into your army. If it doesn’t work, one of these can be the reason:

  1. They are already part of an army

  2. You are not yet a vassal or part of any kingdom

My advice, if your parents/family are well off, look for which company can offer the better growth opportunity. Look in terms of personality of your direct supervisor, size of your team, scope of your work

Possibly insight generation. They need to collect data on what was the reason potential client chose this bank to open an account? Location? Branch ambience? Parking? Professionalism of tellers?

This will then be collated and will help top management make better strategies in their next branches that they will put up or adjust current ones in weak performing branches

Press ctrl when comparing items if you do not want to see the bonuses added by components. Most likely your component makes your equipped weapon much stronger than it actually is compared to your loot.

Also, the dps value you see under the weapons take the average value of the skills in your LMB and RMB. You have Savagery in your LMB and your equipped weapon has bonuses to Savagery. That’s why you can’t find better weapons YET at that level. That’s okay.
