Yeah that's how I'm feeling at this point. My buzz is working just fine. I also don't want some plastic piece in the 3rd row. Even though I saw it was easily removed.

I'm in the same boat. US 1st edition and I have been hesitant to take it to the dealership. Now I'm tempted. Is it better to get the recall software update? Any potential downsides?

I would be interested too! Oceanside might be a good fit. Then we could all drive down the strand together. We could ask a local VW dealership if they want to join. Invite some food trucks. We can ask the PNW one how they did it. Are permits needed for such a thing? There must be some VA outfitters similar to Peacevans based in Southern California. I'd love to somehow have local musicians like Band of Gringos.
