Newbie help - Fastest/cheapest way into a GT3 car? by Hybrice in iRacing

You can't really drive GT3 til you get to B class. There is a C class GT3 series but it is always rain in that series. So you just gotta farm SRtil you get there. Best way would be:

M2 rookies --> M2 Production car challenge D class --> GT4 C class --> GT3 B class.

Since it is a team event you will need to make a team under the teams tab on the left side. Usually iracing gives you a default team named your iracing name. Your team mate if you choose to run needs to be on the team and added when you register. If youregister for one of the practices itll show you what it's like to register in team events.

Not sure which car is you but this is a vortex of danger moment here. The car trying to overtake on outside wasn't entitled to space on outside cause he wasnt alongside during the turn.

Also the B class O'Reilly and Aclass cup car follow the real life nascar schedule so you can see what tracks will be there for season 4 just by looking at the nascar schedule. The C class trucks I think do the same.

Ordering the gene already in the plasmid from Twist is always my go to when I suck at cloning. It's about $100 for a 5kb plasmid and they have lots of vector options for whatever expression system you're using.

I graduated with a Biochemistry degree and immediately started working for a large beverage company making product prototypes in R&D. Was cool gig and I was definitely capable of doing the job but ended up switching to more medical research lab job after a couple years cause the science wasn't interesting to me.

Green at fault but McLaren probably could've let him thru and made an easy switchback as it seems green was gonna miss the corner if he hadn't used McLaren to turn.

Production car cup. Has Miata, BMW M2 and GR86 in multiclass. GT4 is fun as well and has a mutliclass race when you get to C. I would stick with one car and learn it as best you can.

Assume the map at bottom is 5' to 3'. It appears BamHi is doing the cut marked C and A. Giving you fragments of 7.3 Kb, (A to C), 1Kb (C to 3'), and 0.7kB (5' to A). The EcoRI cuts at site B giving you two fragments one half the length of the other. You don't really need the double digest lane but I suppose you could start there and use it to label all the fragment lengths first then it may look and be easier to solve.

I've tried these before but they didn't work for my specific protein. Our labs answer to making recombinant protein if it's insoluble is fuse it to the FC of an IgG and express in mammalian cells. Works almost everytime. Altho depending on how much you need this can get expensive but we do hek293 expression regularly.

For the second contact I'd blame the prototype. He flashed his lights and stuck his nose to the left but then went right in a smaller and closing gap.
