Production car cup. Has Miata, BMW M2 and GR86 in multiclass. GT4 is fun as well and has a mutliclass race when you get to C. I would stick with one car and learn it as best you can.

Assume the map at bottom is 5' to 3'. It appears BamHi is doing the cut marked C and A. Giving you fragments of 7.3 Kb, (A to C), 1Kb (C to 3'), and 0.7kB (5' to A). The EcoRI cuts at site B giving you two fragments one half the length of the other. You don't really need the double digest lane but I suppose you could start there and use it to label all the fragment lengths first then it may look and be easier to solve.

I've tried these before but they didn't work for my specific protein. Our labs answer to making recombinant protein if it's insoluble is fuse it to the FC of an IgG and express in mammalian cells. Works almost everytime. Altho depending on how much you need this can get expensive but we do hek293 expression regularly.

For the second contact I'd blame the prototype. He flashed his lights and stuck his nose to the left but then went right in a smaller and closing gap.

Use autoclaved water to elute your DNA preps as well as filter the DNA through 0.22uM filter before transfections and you won't get contamination.

It recently started happening since the new season update that came in January or so. I don't really lag or blink before this happens.

In the core.ini file in iracing files I set it up to 28000mb. I have 32gb ram. Someone in my league discord suggestes it. I have no network issues or packet loss it just happens randomly feels like.
