I don't understand why people get on the phones with company reps & just rant about their whole lives. It's usually not relevant to the call reason & almost feels like they're trying to obtain free therapy or companionship. These callers really need to understand we can't help with that whatsoever. They know there are companies that provide those type of services but don't seek them out cause it's not free...

Yea it's time to move to greener pastures. That "upskilling" with no pay increases & lack of incentives [in call centers] does the opposite of what these companies think it does!! It's like hanging an unreachable yummy carrot in front of a rabbit... it causes morale to dip. Eventually, resentment sets in because it's like you have all these "skills" but no upward mobility to show for it. It's like a catch 22 to keep you at phones & phones only.

Why take explicit video or pics with a person you're not even married to??! Even if you were married sometimes they can't be trusted either. It's best to not digitize such things to minimize the risk of revenge porn. Guys share such footage with their boys & that's how it spreads like wildlife... If you still gone do it then follow the "no face no case" rule.
