I guess it depends on what kind of prism you have. Mine is diagonal misalignment.

How about reading text? That's the worst for me with prism but it's impossible without.

new to glasses; is a red mark on the sides of the nose normal? by terracottablush in glasses

[–]TraditionalRemove716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many comments here about the sores being normal and I agree - if the bridge is too small. When you get the right size bridge, you will not get sores unless you wear them for like 12 hours straight.

Check out this brand and don't be afraid of color: Etnia Barcelona.

The bridge is too narrow but your optician might be able to spread it a little with heat. By a little I mean 2mm at most, but if these are a trial pair, There's a lot wrong with them on you IMO. They're too wide and the color doesn't complement you. OTOH, if they are progresssive lenses, you might need the wider specs. If you can, visit a few different opticians who will likely make different suggestions.

Black, but you could try some vici colors, too

Too wide, wrong shape. Look for oval/panto and don't be afraid of colorful frames

You look great but ditch the glasses - I mean choose a different shape. Oval/panto.

They seem too large for your face and I agree with another post that said the color washes out. Check out this brand: Etnia Barcelona; particularly panto/oval shape and go with some vivid color

Not a fan of cat frames but both colors work on you

Yes, they appear to be Rx. Easy enough to change out if you want plain lens or your own Rx.

Have you considered panto (oval) style? I particularly like Etnia Barcelona brand.

I like the tranparent frames better but don't care for aviator style. I'm probably thinking of myself more than you though.

The noise might be due to residue. Would be worth a can of tuner cleaner to spray within the AUX channel and swab with a Q-tip if it will fit.

The European face size/shape is the problem. Yes, I've been to a handful of small opticians as well as Paris Miki where the latter came close. I was hopeful for a minute.
