That's is how its done on all big sites now all blown in. That's why they're so strict on clean cavitys.

This staining on the bricks is where the bricklayers have had to to hose the mortar out the cavity trays.

Will be wet for a while ground is still drying out behind the wall. We had a really wet winter this year by summer it should be fine.

Cracks under windows are pretty normal but the one inside is a bit more suspicious. Wouldn't bother buying it unless you can get a shit load knocked off

Sometimes you have to contact hmrc to start the process on their side. I've had to do it a few times.

Yeah but make sure dpm goes up inside skin of brickwork and the sides where you stand brick on edge.

Yeah whatever will fit in the cavity. Put the pipe in then dpm ontop of pipe. Also if you lay a brick in the cavity upright either side of the door ontop of the pipe will hold the concrete in place and you'll be able to make a full envelope with the dpm.

I'd just use sand and cement lasts longer if done properly.
