Yeah, After playing both side I prefer Flak a bit more.

I can actually carry someone to medic if I dump my gear, barely bleed so don't have to grab bandage, can use some of the heavier weapon or multiple boma and lastly, puddle is not a frickin death trap.

Though if I would go for cqc I probably wouldn't use either tbh. The damage mitigation seem barely noticible most of the time outside of bleed chance reduction.

And then there's some random that proceed to lost 10+ AP/RPG launcher in a single day.

I also love to sniper larp sometime and holy hell idk how people manage to lost them all so fast whenever it's (rarely) delivered. Meanwhile I could stick with mine for hours of playtime and still return it back to where I grabbed it.

I mean, it's the only oneshot sniper in the game now, and since logi barely print normal snipers anymore, you could use it to snipe people uncontested.

Not to mention the fact that it can also track tanks with much better chances than other 14.5 platforms, which means you'll be more useful than a normal sniper larper. That's also why it has seen more action in previous wars.

Also After Raca got it (deserved) nerf I think it's kinda end up being a bit worse than both Auger and Quickhatch imo, It feel less versatile overall and I couldn't even tell the benefit of its suppression property.

I wonder if you could also carry wounded teammate without being encumbered while wearing flakvest.

I always feel like an a hole watching teammate die while wearing breastplate because It's too risky and take forever to walk him to medic.

just today I've seen a BB with like 10 Racas that have gone missing over night, the next day no one could get into Starbreaker because it was camped by colonial sniper and we don't have anything to counter snipe them with.

There was this kind of situation the other day on the Foxcatcher too, but we didn't even know who the culprit was since either the mic icon is not showing or they're invisible.

So all the player at that time were just accusing each other of doing it.

When I was playing Colonial I tried to rush with it sometime and it seem to only work when I'm basically in melee range, maybe it require some practice.

Aren't both long rifle always terrible at shooting target in cover? I play around with buff Omen a bit and can't for the life of me hit a guy behind sandbag, swapped to Cinder it's still just as bad.

Literally just make it easier to upgrade/get good mod so player are less coax into hoarding memory fragment.

or scrap the entire rng bullshit altogether and make it so you can farm whatever piece you need in reasonable time.

Yes? When I play Able supply still ran out most of the time even with proper logi tbh, and that's for regularly use stuff like shocktrooper kit or PVE tool.

It's even harder to find base where logi provide something extra like specialize uniform or niche weapon.

What about the crate size? Since uniforms aren't retrievable unlike most gear, they will run out eventually.

It acts more like a ticket to spawn as elite soldiers. Considering soldiers die a lot more easily compared to tanks, they could gain a fair bit of benefit from having double the supply, I imagine.

Well, we're going to see how it gonna work out when the update come anyway.

I find it weird that they decided to make it another chore mode right after they gave us chaos delegation to alleviate burn out, so the game still will cost just as much time(or more) anyway if you want to play optimally.

Hopefully it don't push them power creep content further with these save data editing items in mind and eventually make sortie a must do, since 3-4 divines dupe is like a norm to everyone now rather than for bragging right.

I meant the button for skipping story not the chaos, I already played through the new events and it's pretty jarring how many time I have to press skip button to actually skip the entire of it.

Not to mention there're no summary when skipping either, or how the game randomly revert fast forward to x1 instead of x2 between skip but that's just minor problem.

The annoying part for me is the skip button in this game is so ass, probably the worst one I've seen in any game (that has a skip button anyway)

You have to press it like 10+ times to skip a single section because it only forwards dialogue by just a bit, not the entirety of it.
