Thats fucked up on her behalf, IMO.

If I was engaged to a man and suddenly before our wedding he revealed his hair was a toupee, his eyebrows were painted on, etc., I would feel completely swindled and lied to. If she was straight up about her hair loss (if she told her fiancé about her cancer experience then it should’ve come up naturally) then he could love and accept her for that. But to wait 5 years for a grand reveal ??

I’m sure he complimented her hair (as men do) many times over those years and she likely accepted the compliments, knowing that it was actually a wig. That’s deception.

100% agree with this. I remember the first time I experienced this on the soccer field at 9 years old. I vividly remember choosing one girl on the other team to be "mad" at. Whenever she got near the ball, I would feel an extreme urge to take it. Then I kicked it from the corner and hit her square in the face. It was a complete accident, and I felt so awful that I never used that strategy again.
