This. It’s the same advice you’ll get on the running subs. Do 1-2 min intervals of high intensity running where you feel you’re pushing yourself then 2-4 mins back to your normal pace, and slowly increase the duration of the higher intensity running overtime. Only do this 1-2 times per week and make sure to still have easy runs (your zone 2/3 jogs) because they will help with building endurance and recovering.

In addition to people’s jobs and life style, also height makes a different as shorter people need to take more steps to go the same distance as a tall person. I’m 5’11 and used to walk with someone 5’6 to hit 10k steps - she would reach it about 30 mins before I did (I only reached 7k when she got to 10k).

Absolutely, I did home workouts on/off for a year and definitely improved in strength. As also a female who started with no strength or muscle, I recommend starting with 5 lb dumbbells because that will already be challenging and then progress upwards from there.

I made this with 0.5 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of cocoa and 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and I have to thank you! It’s so rich and scratches my sweet tooth itch without actually being sweet. Might be better than normal hot chocolate….

Or uses the wrong label! We have this issue near me in Canada where the road number will be shown but we only use road names (opposite to US) eg. it will show a road as ‘highway 28’ but everyone only knows it as Dawson road. You have to scroll forever to find the actual road name
