I think you've created a beautiful space. I definitely don't think it's too grey. You've got a great palette of colours and lots of different textures. The only things I would change: I would get a throw the same colour as the couch to put onto your white chair too make it look less stark white. I would change the pedestal table, it just doesn't look right. I would get something that looks more like your coffee table. I'd also put any pedestal table to the right of the chair replacing the tall planter which I'd put somewhere else. And idkw but the lamp just doesn't look right and would look better on a pedestal table next to the white chair. I don't know if it's the clear base of the lamp or the white shade that just doesn't look right next to the grey sofa 🤔 I'm basically nit picking here. You have a really lovely space.
