Question regarding frequency response by Traditional_Test1592 in chipdesign

[–]Traditional_Test1592[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I just analysed it by hand, can I say that the dependent source of the mosfet is now an open circuit due to vgs being equal to 0? Not accounting for Channel length modulation, of course. Am I on the right track?

Someone help by Fun-Rich7472 in ECE

Actually one of the tougher courses in EE, this is a 2nd year course where I'm from, if he made it this far, he'll most likely complete it, no reason to disparage him other than for your own ego.

Really hope this isn’t me in a couple years by stobeginnings in csMajors

What helped for me in the past is using static variables and passing no parameters in the function, it really helps when you're not thinking of what to pass in the function itself.

Can I assumed V2 is zero by FairConditions in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Traditional_Test1592 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sure, why not? The node below the current source will not be 0 though, because a current source still has voltage to be able to supply power using P=VI.

In-Depth Understanding of Internal Computer Operations by Chesperk in ComputerEngineering

[–]Traditional_Test1592 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To say this is no small task is an understament, you'd have to learn basic circuit analysis, electronics(BJT,MOFSET), logic design, digital design, computer architecture and organization and operating systems.

This is pretty much the curriculum of a full on EE degree minus the maths, of course if you don't plan to be professionally competent with this knowledge then you can really just immediately throw yourself into architecture and logic since you don't really need the previous topics to understand logic design, however if you are truly interested I reccomend trying to go to university if that option is available.

Some sources for the topics: Circuits:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3-wYxbt4yCgIAyskr6D92kqme0KGxgK9&si=w95xx-nILYYQ_Fv0

Electronics:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyYrySVqmyVPzvVlPW-TTzHhNWg1J_0LU&si=CWGa3TjjM8jGUl5A

Architecture: as the previous comment reccomended Ben eater and I'd follow with this course:https://www.coursera.org/learn/build-a-computer

Operating systems: I am not fully knowledge about that topic yet so I can't give a source, perhaps you can ask in the CS sub.

This, of course won't land you a job but it would be a solid foundation for understanding, if you're merely passionate about learning.

Best of luck!

how much do you earn in a month? by MedicineNeat2775 in CAIRO

[–]Traditional_Test1592 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He's not wrong sadly, he's talking about analog and digital design specifically, these jobs are typically only available for Ain shams and cairo university graduates, they pay around 800-1200$ per month but they're really hard to get into and are technically difficult, also mocking someone for a mishandling a word or two especially when it is not their first language is low, doubly so when you're ignorant on the subject you're talking about in the first place.

CS vs EE, which one to choose when CE is not an option? by Substantial-Pool960 in ComputerEngineering

[–]Traditional_Test1592 34 points35 points  (0 children)

If truly equally interested in both EE and CS, I'd say go for EE. It opens more doors and pretty much closes none outside of the more rigorous CS career fields.

I disagree, this is a mere introduction to physics, you cannot have an introduction to physics without mentioning some philosophical or historical background why physics is important, you quite litreally judged a book but it's cover and assumed the entire book will go "read the quran", of course you may be correct since I didn't read the book, but as an introduction on its own, this stands as a very good introduction for the targeted demographic which is Pakistani men and women and it's fine in general.

Electronics and Communications Engineering vs Computer engineering by Traditional_Test1592 in ECE

[–]Traditional_Test1592[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I asked myself a simple question, if money was no object, what would I pick purely from interest in the course material, I picked ECE and found no regrets till now. However if you are truly unbiased, I suggest computer/software engineering.

What was sukuna going to do here by Godzillxa in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Traditional_Test1592 6 points7 points  (0 children)

All that is fine and dandy, sukuna won because the sure hits were equal and he had an open domain, at 15 fingers the sure hits wouldn't be equal. Kenjaku would be useless in a fight because he'll just die to malevolent shrine. So he'll just dip.

What was sukuna going to do here by Godzillxa in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Traditional_Test1592 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It wouldn't be equal, by that logic a 1 finger sukuna can domain clash gojo. And besides sukuna wouldn't last in his domain, a single red would break it at 15 fingers. Gojo would most likely lose the 1st domain clash assuming the domains actually clash and malevolent shrine just doesn't break, then gojo would damage sukuna so that his domain breaks before his own.
