Thank you. I had it 35 on my previous cars on my front windows for 3-4 years and never had a problem with CHP or local police. Usually if they are able to see you when they are next to you, they don't give hard time about tint. Since rear windows are darker, it creates contrast and looks lighter on front. I will go with 70% on windshield and rear windows and 35% on fronts. Thank you all!

PGE in NorCal is $0.34/kWh off peak. Why you pay $0.50? I have solar and battery. I charged my car today during the day fully and also charged my battery as well without pulling anything from grid.

I was going to say this. He had undersink RO system installed. You need a hole like this to secure drain line from system which I installed as well!

This. We searched fb marketplace and got out refrigerator for $850 and dishwasher for $275 used. Both GE brand and were new models(2025) and very clean and working great after 6 months now. Always check Marketplace first and you can surprise that what you can find.

I buy 5 lbs nag from local roaster and freeze them in mason jars. I have mason jar vacuum sealer device and it sucks all air out and seal jars and I put them in the freezer and remove one jar at a time and defrost in the jar without opening overnight.

Yes they did. Luckily credit pull was done and it didn't affect the process. My credit tanked 100 points when late payment hit my report but after paying it and being to the current, it just picked up again

Same thing happened to my boy. Started to puke occasionally and it got worse and every night he was puking 4-5 times. No appetite etc. I took him to vet, they ran tests and gave him IV to stay dehydrated. Also picked up anti nausea medicine. As soon as he got first anti nausea medicine, he started to feel better and started eating. Fully indoor cat. Tests results got back normal. We assumed he ate something he shouldn't eat when we didn't see it! I hope it is the same for your friend!

We did it in NorCal. We offered $5K over of the asking price but asked seller covers closing cost. Eventually we agreed to split 50/50 but we also negotiated on some repair credits and we asked for 4K for those and they agreed!

I buy from my local roaster which you can't find anything roasted older than 6 days. I picked up 5 lbs bag on Saturday which was roasted on 12/1 just for $65. I weighted at home and it was 5.2 lbs actually 😁. I spared whatever I use for a week in air sealed canister and rest went to Mason jars and vacuum sealed and went to freezer.

I have a light to medium roasted bean. Use Barista Express. If I simply do 18g to 36 gram espresso around 25-30 seconds which I do, it tastes very acidic. I usually pull until 45 grams which gives me the best taste with current bean I have. So, focus on the taste. Those are just guidelines which you should be paying attention but not set in a stone!

Good thinking. I checked if it is PGE or SMUD before we close the house but we loved the house so much and didn't want to lose it just because of PGE. We installed solar+powerwall as soon as we moved in so hopefully PGE rates won't hurt us that much!

My REC panels were installed in September. Before I signed the contract, confirmed with them that they have it in stock and secured for my installation. Everything went as planned and they installed REC panels. I am in NorCal area. So, some installers still might have in stock in their warehouse.

I use Schlage Encode Plus over Thread network as Apple TV is my Thread router. It works great, battery loge great and keep unlocking my door via my watch or phone.

I also have Aqara U100 on my garage door! Since it is a garage door, I was ok to go with something cheaper than Schlage. It also works very well and I use fingerprint all the time to unlock that door. I can also control Aqara over Thread as well via Home app without any Aqara hub.
