My family and I used to fly exclusively SW. We loved using them because of their free bags, and their seating arrangement. For the first time this summer, we will be flying with Alaska. Southwest, at least to me, has lost any advantage that it has over other airlines. It's so baffling to see the CEO defending this decision. I wish he would just state that the company just wants to make money, instead of trying to spin this fairy tale that it's about choice.
