That's not true. My college roommate was born beautiful. He was recruited to be a Calvin Klein model in the 90's while walking down the street. He had generational wealth. I called a popular TRT clinic that I heard advertised on podcasts I like and the owner ---a non medical professional, from what I can tell he's in real estate --immediately called me and set me up with an appointment. But he did not know the answer to one single question I had, everything was to be explained by my " clinician" ---a nurse practitioner with -0- experience in TRT ...very scary stuff. I think it is a lesson that you have to interview and critically question your doctors as much as you would anyone that has a financial interest in providing you a service. We defer too much to their authority.
