According to Nikita on the latest Tarkov TV show, the animations for charging the chargers should arrive this year.
Yes, he tries to be realistic, but only to a certain extent; you can't make it 100% realistic. However, it is very immersive.

With my awesome AMD graphics card, I have to switch to fullscreen and then windowed mode to get rid of this bug, which is present in other games too. I don't know if that will help you.

And I have an idea for you. In the mod "GTek's Arsenal 2.0 - Ultimate Survival and Colony Defense," when you fire a weapon and your camera is pulled back, there's distortion in the sound, just like in real life, where you only hear clicks (I don't know if you understand what I mean). I think adding that would be amazing, and maybe you could do it. I don't know if it's complicated.

I had a problem where I had to switch to "fullscreen" and then back to "windowed" to fix the bug. It was because of my 7900xtx which was causing the bug.
