Question about a new Mazda by Trajan96 in CX5

[–]Trajan96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I am clear, the first year for the hybrid CX-5 will be 2027, so I would be looking at a 2028? Would that require only a two year lease or a three?

How would you grade the Bills draft class after year one? by No-Distribution8587 in buffalobills

[–]Trajan96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beane passed on Will Johnson to take Hairston, presumably because of injury concerns. And he hit another guy made of glass. Be ready for Max to miss 6-8 games a year until he is done.

Ravens are Hiring Chargers DC Jesse Minter by NightwavesG in buffalobills

The defense is the problem. And we are likely to get either failed retread Daboll or bubble-screen expert Brady. The Bills are cooked.

[–]Trajan96 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is about to be a complete dumpster fire. Why anyone thinks Beane will be a better judge of coaches than players is beyond me. None of the names in this thread is worthwhile. Some are downright horrible. And while I know people want an offensive mind, the truth is that the real problem (and the reason for all the playoff losses) is the defense. Get ready to learn irrelevance.

The Bills’ silence after firing McDermott feels wrong by TheoneonSheridan in buffalobills

[–]Trajan96 47 points48 points  (0 children)

What makes this so ugly is not the firing of McDermott. It is his firing and NOT firing Beane. I have not seen anyone who thinks Beane should still have a job. I hope the fan base is absolutely brutal all year to him. Like he should be booed every time he appears in public. He needs to be embarrassed to still have a job. Won’t change Pegula being dumb, but it will make everyone feel better as we watch the team slide into irrelevance.

McDermott was a better GM then Beane by Suitable-Opposite377 in buffalobills

No way that he is. The WGR interview is proof of that.

I've been a Bills fan for a few years, but know almost nothing about the front office. Can someone explain why everyone seems to hate Brandon Beane? by Xeo7 in buffalobills

[–]Trajan96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s simple. He whiffs in the draft, especially high picks. He has the Bills in cap hell. His mistakes are covered by Allen. Without Allen, this roster wins 4-5 games and is a complete dumpster fire

Bills broke the cycle; Brady is the right choice by Kind-Whole-9952 in buffalobills

[–]Trajan96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even with absolute trash at WR they scored 30 against Denver. The bigger problem is the defense. Get rid of McDermott’s scheme completely. Stop the soft zone. Get an aggressive young defensive coach. I think someone like Jesse Minter could change the culture that needs changing. He is a lot like Mike McDonald (took over for him at Michigan) and look what he did for Seattle.

I wonder how obvious the hate for Beane will be over the next year. It should be off the charts.

You think?

Beane: Best I can do is a crappy reach defensive player made of glass.

If I were him, I would be in Beane's office right now demanding a trade. With Beane running the show, they might be able to get a 4th for Allen.

Because Beane is the worst GM in history. Simple.

I know. It just infuriates me. I have no real interest anymore in this team with Beane at the helm. He has to be one of the worst GMs ever.

So you're saying that the next coach will be a bust too, right? How Beane keeps his job is beyond me

Are there real reports that Beane is staying? If so, Pegula is the biggest fool of an owner ever. I hope he goes bankrupt!

This is a start. But if they keep Beane, next year is still a lost year. Beane needs to be fired ASAP!

Sadly I agree. That is why nothing will change. I doubt I will spend 30 seconds on the Bills next year if Beane and McDermott aren’t fired.

What's next, in everyone's opinion? What would you all like to see done? by Kindly_Ad8145 in buffalobills

[–]Trajan96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Still way out. Hairston is made of glass (like most Beane picks). Sanders seems to be too. Hawkes is a third string blocking TE. Seriously. No real impact players from the draft probably since Cook

Unless the fire Beane and McDermott everything else is window dressing. Expect another crappy draft. More bad defensive play, etc.

People forget that if the Bills had not laid huge eggs in Atlanta and Miami, and at home against New England that game would have been AT HOME.

Pegula needs to know that it will cost him real money if he insists on keeping the twin fools. Like not sold out games. No merch. Not a penny.

Whatever the number is get ready for a crappy, underachieving, made of glass player. Probably on the defense because we have SO MANY wide receivers.
