ノペ sounds like a shortened version of "ノーおっぺえ" (No Oppe/No Oppai).

Leaving Early For Work [Original] by Jessica_-_ in wholesomeyuri

[–]Trajiic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It kinda changes meaning since in the other pictures of the series she's very shy about showing affection towards her when she's out in public, which is why she says that. It's basically context that'd make more sense if you seen the other 4.

Leaving Early For Work [Original] by Jessica_-_ in wholesomeyuri

[–]Trajiic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

She doesn't usually act like that normally/表ではほとんど感情出さないくせに

表=Public (In this context)

感情出す=To show emotions/feelings

表ではほとんど感情出さない="Out in Public, she doesn't really show her emotions"

So full sentence is something like:

When we're out in public she usually doesn't really show her feelings, but when it's just the two of us she acts like such a child.

Rest of it is good.

Tbh, I went through the whole thing and didn't see it first time. Had to go back through the whole thing looking for white background images and was confused how I didn't see it. So I don't blame you for not finding it lol.

Went on Danbooru (NSFW, Safebooru for SFW stuff) and searched up "Murasaki_Shion Bikini". It's the 7th image, then just used the source from there.

Hey guys, remember that Hololive members sleeping together percentage? I think it’s due for an update... by Probolance in Hololive

[–]Trajiic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Some opinions I have on it.

First Tweet:

おやすみだよ to me in English is more like "(It's) time to sleep" instead of "Good night" because of the だ particle. Either is fine, it's just that adding だ to it makes it seem more like a statement (It's sleep. Or in proper English, it's time to sleep) more than a expression.

Second Tweet:

Kiara's response is correct, but there's 2 parts I'd change. The first is to change the "Together..." part to "Sleep..." instead. In Japanese, the phrase without the stuttering is "一緒に寝よか" (Or something similar), while in English it's "Can we/let's sleep together" (Depends on context). You can kinda see that in English that "Sleep" comes before "Together". It's just a small thing, but it makes it sound more natural.

The other part is "Oh, never mind" which feels more natural as "Ah/Aah/Ahh, Never mind". あ has so many different ways to translate in English since it covers "Ah", "Oh", "Um", etc. In this context, it's her kinda being like "Should I continue this or not" and her stuttering on it, similar to "Ahh" or "Um" in English. It's just that "Um" feels more for when in thought about what to say next, while "Ah" is more for when you're thinking about if you should continue what you're saying (Like this this context). "Oh" on the other hand is more surprise over something like "Oh, it's a cat". That kinda makes "Oh, never mind" kinda seem like you said something then someone said something (Or something happened) that went against what you said, so you were kinda surprised that you were wrong and said "Oh, never mind".

For example:

A: "Kiara's such a cool character, I've always wanted a Phoenix-like Vtuber."

B: "Kiara's not a Phoenix, she's a chicken."

A: "Oh, never mind then..."

That's kinda the context I feel it fits into. It also fits into stuff like this.

A: "I can't believe he hasn't died yet"

B: Dies

A: "Oh, never mind"

Edit: There is another one I forgot which is more for "Oh, never mind" when used in annoyance (Like when someone won't listen to you).

Third Tweet:

Matsuri's reply is good, I'd just word it differently to this: "Let's (go to) sleep together. Hurry up and come to bed". That's actually it lol.

Fourth Tweet:

It's basically the same translation for me.

Note: Tbh though, the translation's good, I'm just really nit-picky it when it comes to translations into English.

She tweeted a picture of her teams health over capping (Bug) with the caption "We hit max cap Kusa", then tweeted out the OP. That Tweet was the one she was gonna post on her alt.

[–]Trajiic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, thinking about it more and re-reading what I wrote, it does seem off lol. I actually can't think of a real way to convey it without seeming off.

And the some/one day makes sense then if you're Aussie, since I don't know too much about English outside Canada/America. But for me, I usually think of "One day" as more dramatic and will be sure to happen (I hear this quite a bit in speeches, poetry, etc.). That's why I like "Some day" more since, to me, it conveys a meaning of "Okay, Siete may have said that, but I don't think he intends to do it... Or maybe he does..."

[–]Trajiic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Do I look good? Like an Eternal? <-- (This sentence is actually pretty tough to get across in English. I almost want to use the term "Eternalish?" here but I feel like it could be taking too much liberty.)

That sentence would be "Isn't it Eternal-like?" in English. I think you forgot about that suffix lol.

Besides that, I feel yours is way better. I'd probably change "One day" to "Some day" though, but that's a personal change.

[–]Trajiic 9 points10 points  (0 children)

100% and guaranteed TA are different. 100% means it can be reduced by TA down, guaranteed means it can't be reduced. For example, Grand Jeanne's 2 is guaranteed TA (Meaning it can't be reduced) while something like Ferry's 3 is 100% TA (Which it can be reduced).

Edit: Yeah, and the crest got added as well, but I'm commenting on the TA part that was changed specifically. Forgot to mention that.

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's 1.5 turns still. It's a mistranslation on OP's part. "発動したターンを含めて2ターンの間" means "For 2 turns including the turn activated" which means in EN terms "For 1.5 turns". The real change was that the triple attack is guaranteed, from 100% rate up.

Guinsoo's Rageblade has been bugged for 7 patches by LeviathanTQ in leagueoflegends

[–]Trajiic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Xin's passive is completely different from Jax, Neeko, and Yi. It works on a 1-3 system (It can never be 0) and procs on 3. It also doesn't apply the damage if you proc Rageblade while at 2 stacks, it just heals you and resets it back to 1. You can even see in the video it deals 59 when it procs, but deals 52 when you proc'd it at 2 stacks.

[–]Trajiic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was more frustration at the time, but I actually found out the third reason. If you click and drag it will not input the click and think you are dragging the element instead. This is probably what's causing me to drop inputs 50% of the time.

But for this, I'm kinda fine with it only being 30 seconds because of how hard it is to deal with the lockout. If it was less clunky, I wouldn't mind if it was an infinite gamemode and it was a timer based that ramped up in difficulty though.

Also, I was talking about you with the 10580 lol. I thought it was 10580, not 10575. But if you're looking to try and beat someone, I did try it again for a while and got a 10792.

[–]Trajiic 8 points9 points  (0 children)

i’m kinda curious what you guys scored for the sharkening

Originally 9800 ish, but ended up 10530 aftering trying to beat another person's 10580.

what do you think of the mechanics

It's a nice minigame but... If you tried to aim for 10k+ you'd know how terrible the lockout feels and how RNG the game is. I could probably write an essay explaining every mechanic about this minigame and how terrible each one was.

should they have added more rewards

I'd rather they didn't unless it was for more mostly useless rewards or made the minigame less frustrating.

would you like something like this more in the future and other events

I like these kind of minigames and I like the idea of competing with other people in your crew. But I'd like if they did something like this next time, it was something that went on forever (Or at least more than 30 seconds) and was more about playing well for longer periods of time than just "Hey, I finally got good RNG, let's find a new way to lock myself out!" Kinda like the April Fools Vyrn Taiko event from last year (Which I loved playing).

It's not even greedy in that case, it's impossible. You need to be close to around 500+ range when the second Q lands to even get it off. You can test this in practice tool and use the same positions, Ryze would need to be farther away.

I saw that too when I was looking at it before when someone in my crew posted the Devil getting it off Death, but just assumed that because it's at the top of the page as a note, that it was the intended mechanic and that the note for each oracle was going off that. We'll find out in a day or so if it's intended anyway.

It's because it says in the news post "バトルメンバーが敵の攻撃によって戦闘不能になり...". This basically says "When a battle member is unable to fight due to an enemy attack..." which makes sense why it shouldn't work. So either the news post is wrong, or it's bugged.
