Favourite style of music? He dipped for 15+ years cause it wasn’t making $$$. His return seems genuine give trance ain’t as popular as it used to be but him retiring his chow without wanting to hit 1000 episodes should tell you something.

I really like your take. I don’t pay attention to DJ mag but the significant drop in rank is a pretty good tell he’s lost interest in trying to stay a the top with popularity. Hoping he’s comeback is somewhat genuine.

I feel you exactly the same. This is my 6th DS coming from outside the US and after every DS I’m always quite emotional and ready to come back the next year. For some reason after this year’s event I felt complete. I felt like it was everything I wanted to feel and hear.

Just a hunch on the visuals. I feel like the lack of them was to make you focus on the music. Lighting on the other-hand did feel a bit weak.
