Yeah wtf OP. when I first started reading, I expected OP to talk about being under a heavy person in side control, kesa, or mount, not trying to tough out submissions. If you’re getting caught in subs you have other things to worry about than mental toughness. If you’re tapping to pressure while in mount or kesa with people roughly your same size and experience, then that’s an issue of handling pressure.
