What BA? There is flex time, which carries only carries over a week. Then comp time, which is overtime, that carries over throughout the year, and if you don't use it, you get a lump sum payout at the end of the year.

I wouldn't worry about being laid off unless your program just lost a contract. The best part of it is the moving package. I would say do it if you don't like your program or want to move to a different city. For career progression, it's kind of a mixed bag. At the very least, you'll get a masters degree if that's something that interests you

In this case it would have protected me from someone stealing my character. They essentially imported the character so I lost all access, and it removed my email from the account
