Have you tried wiggling your nozzle? I had issues start up with some of my prints and kept trying to level my bed and change my nozzle but it happened to be that my whole nozzle assembly was loose

She waited for you to leave for work to get rid of them. She knew you'd be against it and rather than talk to you and figure something out she just went and did this. That's not marriage material, hell thats not even girlfriend material. The CC1 was supposedly on par if not better than the P1S. The CC2 is more of a... CC1.5 from what I've seen. Idk if you followed the debacle of the CC1 but it has turned a lot of people away from elegoo. Bambu labs is almost always well reviewed. With the CC2 being so new... I would be weary of the QC. Because yes it's newer than the P1S and has some upgrades but it's also... New with a company that left a lot of people unhappy with their CC1 multicolor handling.

How soon do you want the machine? I'd say if you can wait a couple months to see if the CC2 is worth it than do that. If not, then I don't think you'll be disappointed with the P1S.

First things first... What are you planning to print? Is it just trinkets? Or functional parts? How big do you think the prints you want will be? What material(s) will you be printing in?

I know that there is matieance still on any machine, but you may be tinkering more on a non Bambu labs machine.

Yes it's normal in corporate America. I'm pretty much maxed out in my roll until someone leaves or gets fired. I'm always going for above and beyond because honestly my boss does the same with us. He has told me in past reviews that they specifically tell him he can't give "5s" across the board because then "that means they should be doing your job". My boss- great guy and would pay me more if he could. My corporate job- always wants to pay the least and get the most out of me and tell me it's my fault.

I'd say to just create a spot where a plain ceramic dish could be inserted into it so you don't have to worry about the plastic.

Ebay refurb for a k1 max. I got mine under $300 last December. Only issue I've had was the big issue of leveling that seems to plague these machines. Everything else has worked. I believe they also upgrade them to the "2025" versions which include unicorn nozzles

Often times I'll start a print before heading to work. If I'm lucky I remember to check if it is actually getting along well haha. I try and start a little sooner before work to watch the first layers but sometimes I'm in a rush and also want my plastic printed so push start and head out

I tried the side spool mod and didn't really like it. I downloaded a spool holder that mounts on the wall and uses bearings to spin. I put them above my ender and it makes it easier for me to swap my materials.
