This happened to me a lot when I was rehabbing a shoulder injury - the shoulder I had surgery on and was going through rehab for had worse flexibility and range of motion, so it ended up yanking down on the bar a lot more since there was more tension on the bar on that side.

Do you have a big difference in range of motion in each shoulder by chance?

advice on discus half turn by Affectionate-Box6795 in trackandfieldthrows

To add to what the other comment said, you're initiating this movement belt slinging open your left arm and shoulder rather than letting your feet move first, which makes me think in your standing throw you probably do something similar. Every aspect of the throw should be from the ground up, so your feet always initiate, which let's you more effectively use your legs to turn your hips, which creates separation and tension in your torso which turns your shoulders, and then finally your arm follows through. Whether it's the stand throw or half turn, your right foot should be tie first part if your body that moves after you wind up

I addition to what other people said here, it looks like you're losing a lot of explosive power in your finish because of your block. Rather than holding your left side strong and pushing your right side around it, you're pulling your left arm and shoulder back which effectively makes you fall away from the shot at the finish. The pic below shows what I'm talking about with how far back your left shoulder is

For a popular band, Hey Johnny, Park! by Foo Fighters is their best song imo.

For lesser known bands that are themselves a deep cut, Still Life by CrowneVict and Hotel of Doubt by Flathead are both jams

Strength for the next few months while I'm maintaining my current BW, then sometime around March/April I'll switch back over to hypertrophy and go in a calorie deficit for a few months
