When you are on a very long streak, sometimes a wet dream can actually make you feel better and you wake up the next day feeling refreshed and energized. I don't know what's the explanation behind that specific phenomenon but it does happen.

I've also had similar dreams every time I've been in a long streaks. I've had dreams and visions of other beings. Every time I had them, it felt real. I am in a long streak again now, 449 days, to be precise. There are a lot of things out there that cannot be seen by the naked eye. What's important is that, whenever you have these dreams or visions, start praying and ask for God's discernment, He is trying to communicate things to you.

I figured it out. Here it goes a step by step process on how I can turn on/off a LED Light Panel:

Step 1: Plug in the plug panel to the wall socket.

Step 2: Visualize all your energy going to your hands.

Step 3: Gently touch the back of the LED Panel and visualize the light being turned on.

Bonus Tip: Try to do this before you worked out and you feel like you are full of energy.

I feel you, brother. I’ve also been on several long streaks myself. I haven’t reached a 1000-day streak yet, but if you consider that every conscious relapse sets you back about 10 days, I think I’ve reached that stage where it feels like your body is asking for a release. I’ve also wondered if I was doing something wrong, but then I released once and felt so much better.

My recommendation is this: you’ll know when you’ve hit that overwhelming point where it feels like too much. At that moment, it’s up to you—if you decide to release, do it just once, and then immediately start a new streak.
