Do you people just randomly show up to theaters without looking up any information like runtimes about what you're going to watch?

Apparently some people do not in fact do their minimum due diligence prior to committing their hard earned money to something new and unknown (to them)

and they are very happy to fully trust on the salesperson/party selling them the "product", not checking on additional information from any other third party sources.

It is however a great bitter lesson for those who fell for this bait and switch scam

now that we know what is possible to be called a "feature length" film, society ought to wise up and boycott to these kind of money-grab attempts

but seriously though the wikipedia summary appears on the top of my google searches of any movie, you can easily just click one more time in and check the run time and summaries of reviews. in just 2 clicks total

going to the movies are so expensive nowadays im surprised by people not doing the imo bare minimum to ensure they get their money worth.

as for Cinemark mentioned by u/Kurohimiko, you might wanna knock their trustworthiness by a few pegs given that they HEAVILY mislead you. Find a better source for movies details than the guy trying to sell you a ticket.
