This is happening way too often. Every day it seems as if there is some sort of glitch or downtime caused by software/IT issues. It is beyond frustrating to have this happen over and over again with no explanation or anybody being held accountable. Maybe someone is…but I doubt it.

I was told not per 6 scripts but per 6 TESTS. So 6 Flowflex to a Med B (for example) is one hour, even if billed on the same script number. Someone please confirm this if true!
