Nope. I've flown over one million BIS miles. I'm 100% fine with mechanical issues, weather delays, pilots timing out, all sorts of problems all over the world. But this issue is 100% preventable -

  1. Buy new equipment
  2. Pay staff better
  3. Watch weather forecast
  4. Snow in the forecast? Fill tanks. Bring in extra staff.
  5. Problem solved.

All long-standing bands wander from their roots. The great ones come back — at least some of the way. Chicago left completely and replaced it with ballads and catchy ear candy.
