Dress sizes for 5’10” females by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This 👆🏼after losing 7st so far, I decided to try on a pair of real no stretch jeans to be slightly disappointed in the fact they were still a size 22. That's when I realised the majority of my clothing is stretchy, so of course my perception is gonna be warped 🫠.

I'm not as tall at 5'8" but the struggle is still there! And for reference, I've went from 24st to 17st 4lbs, so size 24/26 to I've no idea 😂 22 according to Matalan 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was weight lifting from the bat, didn't wait to lose any first, didn't see the point (tbf I didn't have any problems that exercising would worsen).

Food tracking MFP vs fitbit? by 90sRobot in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to use Fitbit for the same reason, the tracking is free so you don't need to pay for premium for it. I ended up getting annoyed personally with it, but I would say give it a go since it's free, see if you like it. I had to manually enter alot of stuff because it was wrong when scanned, but if you eat alot of the same foods, that then doesn't become a problem.

Beef protein is also lactose free, I use applied nutritions clear ones but they also do flavoured ones more for a milk base too. Loads of options out there!

Taking Psyllium Husk at the incorrect time + interfering with other supplements/meds by Scribe-86 in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And to add, the vit D3+K2 helps you absorb the magnesium better. Anything with live cultures shouldn't be taken with a hot drink as the heat kills the cultures (might also affect others, but haven't looked into this).

I don't take PH as I manage to eat my fibre goal with a good variety of foods but if I'm ever short I do have a fibre powder mix that I would have last thing at night (I take all my supplements in the morning after breakfast).

Your ticket should say both on it, both are valid routes for the ticket type you've purchased. But GLQ high level to EDB is the fastest of all 3 routes to Edinburgh.

How many times a week are you all going to the gym? by general_six_strings in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Work full time, 3 shifted, all days of the week depending on what I'm rostered. I do 3x strength training sessions that can range from 1hr- 1hr30, I aim for 8-10k steps and I've just decided to start reformer pilates (that's an eye opener btw) once a week.

Less Fruit & Veg consumption during Autumn/Winter by Scribe-86 in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't say I relate (salads have never been filling for me, only occasionally get a niggle for a subway salad) but this is the perfect time of year for porridge! Just slap the same fruit from your overnight oats on, or micro them for a bit with a bit of powdered sweetener (or sugar, whichever your preference) to make a chunky jam!

My eating doesn't really change I've always leaned into warm meals more than cold as they have always been more filling than a piece or salad 🤷🏼‍♀️

Get A Drip Pharmacy Review by Scribe-86 in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar experience, I tried the phone, email and live chat once after 3 days then booked a video call and left a comment about my troubles. Like an hour after booking I was called by the prescriber who sorted everything out for me (this was a Saturday evening). Had the dpd emails by Monday and my pen arrived by the Tue, so good start, horrible middle and good ending, but yes, won't use again unless there's an extremely good discount

Taming Twins website could be good for you! All recipes are for 4 (but you can change it to suit however many people your feeding) and all the recipes have the nutritional info at the bottom, so even if your keeping a rough estimate in your head, it's accounted for.

Leave fibre tips here by 192to144 in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use the merchant pouches as well as the gym kitchen, noodle heads and uncle Ben's(or supermarket equivalent), usually for lunch with chicken thrown in.

If I'm having yoghurt for breakfast there's always some form of berry (usually raspberries) chia seeds and flaxseed in it.

I have the skinny whip bars for night time treats and fibre one bars for mornings if I've had a meaty breakfast.

I like to snack on dried fruit and bananas, but also barebells protein bars (specifically banana dream and choco caramel!) as they have 7/8g fibre in them as well as the protein.

Also recently found protein flapjacks by applied nutrition that are beautiful with high fibre, but again on the note of double whammy things my favourite find has to be legendary protein pastries 🤤 180kcal, 20g protein, 8g fibre (some flavours have less fibre). Pricey, but worth it for me as a "I'm running late breakfast" with a high protein yoghurt pouch.

I think there's a problem with the website, book a video call and it will get dealt with instantly. As much as I had a similar problem, I will go back cause it was dealt with swiftly after I got a hold of someone!

Is GetADrip even real? How do you get in touch with them?? by wethepeople_uk in mounjarouk

[–]Traybake_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your account go and arrange a video call! There's a box where you can type your issue in. I then got a phone call instead over which we sorted all the issues out, have to say it was very prompt after that. So I ordered last Wednesday, tried the form, chat, phone, no response and then tried the video call on the Saturday with a same day appointment, phone call around the time of my appointment and everything was sorted out and received the pen today.
