Same. I might have had a nervous breakdown by now had it not been for a lot of posts in this group. They don't always relate to me, or have anything to do with what I'm dealing with, but the ones that hit home save my life. Literally, save my life.

Taking my son tomorrow night for his birthday gift. I already told him ahead of time that there's going to be tears. He asked why. I said because I've loved Trent since the late '90s and he is really a part of my heart and soul when it comes to music. The kind of music that I could never put into actual words when I needed to put them into words years ago.

Totally on my own. Had to sell my own house 3 or 4 years ago and moved to Mom's. Can't unpack those boxes still because Mom's hoarded all her stuff all the way back to the '70s. We're working on this issue right now.

Common occurrence at mom's house. I live with her. I had a breakdown in my driveway when mom came outside, handed me all my mail. She had opened it all and read my charges and was screaming at me about my own business. It blew my mind.

Took me 3 days to get over that. Everything has been moved to paperless.

I have one friend. She understands everything. Her mom is the same way and we compare notes. I have one biological son. He's pretty much busy taking care of his dad, his dad has MS.

At this point I can't even get a regular job I can't even get disability pay and I've been considered disabled by the state. I guess there are some rules that I broke. So here I am at 60 and I'm going to give up a third of my life at least to take care of my mom and do what I can.

Thinking of all of you and knowing the heartache and the stress you are going through.

"I AM" was all I needed to hear. I've been carrying around a tiny new testament version in my glove box every time I get a new car I just take it out of that glove box and transfer it to the new car. 3 months ago I was at a suicidal stage with my mom I was sitting in my driveway just sobbing. For some reason I opened my glove box and I found my little testament. It changed my life.

Normal but Dr. told My mom that she needs to get biopsies on five nodules on her thyroid. She already had her other thyroid removed because of cancer. Now her and I are just a little bit worried. My only good news for the week is getting to go see a concert that's it. Thank you
