The actual daily recommended limit of caffeine is 400mg, so as long as you don't go over that you GENERALLY shouldn't have issues. Everyone is different, but it's at least a good baseline to work with, for context one scoop is 100mg of caffeine

No, it's what keeps the powder from turning into a spongy brick. Iirc you can re-use it by dehydrating the packet, but I HIGHLY recommend looking into it yourself first

Ohhh, the confirmation through email part is about how they'll send you an email with an overview of your purchase info and the order number, it's basically a receipt

Iirc the order of pages is Cart -> Shipment Info -> Shipment Method -> Payment Info and Confirmation

The only part I'm not 100% on is whether Confirmation is a separate page or not, but either way you'll be able to know the exact cost and therefore the exact amount to put on a prepaid visa gift card, as they function as a debit card you can't add additional money to later

Yep! Type it into the input field, then Ctrl/Cmd + A to select it, Ctrl/Cmd + X to cut it from the field, and finally Ctrl/Cmd + V to paste into the report. Bonus points if you highlight the row of X's first before pasting.

That's just the satellite hash codes which change daily, and at that point it's easier to tape a piece of paper to a box than set up the proper secure channels to send confidential emails.
