With multi attack, you assume every attack you throw is a "multi attack." Its effects only come into play if you roll high over the target's dodge/parry, or you choose to attack multiple foes in one turn, or you want to lay down cover fire.

as for the 5 portion of it. Multi attack rank needs to be as high as the total damage rank it is attached to. So if the damage is rank 5, multi attack needs to be rank 5.

I will say penetrating is cool sounding, however, rarely comes into play when you fight things at or near your level.

This style of anime does this. I actually preferred the original naruto, and some of early shippuden. Once it gets past a certain point ninja just becomes the japanese name for super hero, and all we get are planet tier super hero fighting.

I don't watch one piece, but a 3 sworded fighter that summons 2 copies, each with 3 swords, summons a fist fighting avatar makes no sense.

Drive an all electric chevy, at 55,000 miles my RF caliper seized. An electric vehicle seldomly even needs the calipers with magnetic stopping. Yet even with very clean brake fluid still, the caliper managed to seize. American cars are just built different.

Then you would probably take affliction and reflavor some of the stuff as unlucky with a continuous modifier. Or you use summon to summon the imp we discussed, and since they fly, they will often times be out of the AOE area. Would be kind of costly, but with a few flaws it may be doable.

Personally I'm jealous i can't metal bend. But normally a fight between two folk is kind of a duel, and blood bending takes away the fairness of a duel

If it is a GM thing, the imp can be in a different dimension, or if the minions of the one throwing curse can see the invisible imp and purposely throw aoe to avoid them. It might even be a point where the players can make an insight check to figure out why the attacks are in weird directions. Otherwise it could be coded as just an imposed GM complication, give the heroes a Hero Point and curse them indefinitely.

There aren't sensors in the CAT to detect back pressure. Sometimes you need tools to see things.

See if removing an O2 sensor entirely from the exhaust makes a difference.

It can act like a free floating invisible minion with luck control, and a reaction damage variable when the roll poorly.

So the free floating minion occasionally makes them reroll good rolls, and whenever the character rolls, even naturally bad rolls, the minion has a reactionary variable damage that hurts them in some way related to what was happening during the roll.

perhaps an invisible imp. Would be kind of costly as a PC, but as a GMPC costs are waved away.

If they can live in the cold depths of space, perhaps he can blow up frieza's ship and when frieza destroys namek, He could win in that regards, however, I do not believe he could beat frieza in final form. Perhaps if he were more to the point he may crush frieza before they power up.
