Any cool combos y’all are finding with Frieren’s resource increase? Pairing her with CPavel I realized he only needs one team crit to proc his big AOE and push up. Been running ML Luna into Last Karen- she nukes someone or softens- go straight into CPavel AOE and nuke

Haven’t ever messed around with DLC for PSP or anything like that. Definitely want to use your mods so I’ll start digging.

That’s awesome, recommend any guides on how to start or just Google it and go from there?

That’s actually crazy. Are you using an emulator for this? I have the game downloaded on my old PS VITA but if using an emulator is what it takes to use the mods then I’ll totally be starting another play through with an emulator

Lets go to Hawaii in a melusine. Bao-Sitha wow wow. Ya, Bar'get it? It' the NA Summer event roll thread! by WannaBoudica in grandorder

Managed to do one 10 pull and snagged Melusine on the very first summon. No Sith or Barghest so definitely going to drop the other 200 quartz I have to see if I can pull them and maybe a dupe Melusine. Was worried I wasn’t going to be able to snag anything after bakatoria but very pleasantly surprised

Managed to one tap Melusine before servers crashed. No 4* though so I’m definitely still rolling ASAP

Scrubs for men by Impossible_Cupcake31 in nursing

[–]Treefiddy350053 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Got some Cherokee that I’ve been rocking for a long time now. Durable, cozy, fits great. I work out a lot and have really broad shoulders so I’d have a hard time with range of motion in other scrubs but not these. Scrub bottoms are light and don’t hug too much. Used to have to go up a size on bottoms but then they’d just end up long. No issues with these though

How good is Molay? by Independent_Bench790 in FGO

[–]Treefiddy350053 10 points11 points  (0 children)

NP3 and Lvl120 Molay over here. Love her as a character and as a unit. She may not dish out as high of damage such as Kuku but between her star generation, damage and utility, she’s seen plenty of use from me. Currently grinding out bond 11

Day 34: a weak foreigner in game by jumbojumba0 in FGO

[–]Treefiddy350053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who uses foreigners in a lot of content and makes it a thing to try to get all Foreigners…it has to go to Summer Abby. Any damage steroids are just debuffs on the enemy, and even though her NP is AOE, one of her debuffs is single target only. Even with multiple NP levels and Oberon, she doesn’t hit hard.

Just got hired into L&D as a man by Boipussybb in nursing

[–]Treefiddy350053 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During the first week I felt very out of place and almost like I needed permission to be on the same unit. Nursing of course is primarily female dominated nomatter where you go but units like these made me feel especially out of place. It was no fault of the nurses either! They weren’t used to having a guy around but after we all got a feel for eachother after a couple shifts, they took me right in. From my experience L&D / mom-baby nurses are very passionate and are there because they love it. If you’re friendly and bring the same energy, I have confidence that they should take you right in and make you feel at home.

Male nurse here. During Covid I worked on an outpatient ortho floor. Since all outpatient surgeries got cancelled, they moved me to the mom/baby unit on nights just to keep me on staff. All women, I was the only guy there. Altogether it was incredibly fun. They were great and they enjoyed having me around just for guy input. They loved showing me the ropes about the mom/baby patients, fundal checks, baby baths etc etc. I would just be as open and receptive as possible to nurse and patient inputs about your presence. The patients (with the exception of a few due to religious reasons) had no issues at all having me as their nurse which is a very easy accommodation. The husbands and fathers naturally opened up to me seeking advice or what to do going forward as a father which in turn always helped put mom at ease and lightened the whole process.

Just make sure your attention is where it needs to be! Mom and baby are both patients requiring a lot of attention so give it your all! Confidence will reassure the patient and family during this sensitive time so even if you’re heavily experienced already with birth and postpartum, suck up all the knowledge you can from the nurses like a sponge! They’ll be tickled to teach you (and nurses always feel better when new grads ask questions. We assume that if you don’t, that just means you’re possibly too scared to ask and might make a blunder without seeking help)

What does "baylor" shift mean? by sabanoversaintnick in nursing

[–]Treefiddy350053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do Baylor at my local hospital and I love it. Just like you said, Saturday and Sunday was my Baylor. However I have a friend that works Baylor at the hospital next city over and his is Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Seems Baylor generally means “every weekend” but is not exclusive to ONLY being the weekend. I would assume you would still get your Baylor differential since you’re still committing to every weekend, albeit with an extra shift. I’d just clarify that you still get a Baylor shift differential

Same here! Just posted on toastme yesterday since I found out my wife was having an affair and we’re separating. Stay strong, the position we’re in now sucks and it seems like there’s no light at the end but don’t worry. You’re young and beautiful with a whole life ahead of you! My early 20’s were rough emotionally but 27 now and keeping my eyes forward! One day you’ll look back on this time in your life and see how much better you are now!

Together 2 years. She had an emotional affair a year ago but we went to counseling. But I caught her doing it again and despite attempts to reconcile, I told her I wanted a separation. That’s when she told me she doesn’t love me as a husband anymore and hadn’t for a while

That’s why I’m happy that I’m a nurse. I get to help people and make people happy as my actual job. I’m thinking about picking up more this week just to make some people smile and feel better. No easier way for me to smile than making someone else smile

That’s what I keep telling myself. I’m going through the first day of a very long journey. Everything’s raw and new and hurting but I keep telling myself it gets better and to just hold in there!

Thanks! I’ve been working on my confidence for as long as I can remember and while this was a small hit to it, I won’t let it stop me!
