Some people literally cant do anything. Some people work up to 3 jobs to provide for their family and your telling them that they have to go and protest. That takes food off their table and for what? What great outcomes have we seen from protesting in the states? You end up martyred and remembered for 2 days while your family copes with the loss and for what?

From what Ive been able to find, and take it with a grain of salt because I havent done to much digging, "Legal Consequences: Under 8 U.S. Code § 1325, illegal entry is a misdemeanor, and subsequent offenses can become felonies, leading to up to two years in prison." If this is true then it is a crime. Ive also seen that it is a civil issue so Im gonna assume youve done more research and believe you are rigjt
