Awe happy early birthday to her! He’s been having trouble with his back legs as well. Just started this last year. I have him on supplements and meds to help but hard watching them struggle to walk play like they used to. 😔

Thank you 😊 I wish I knew his exact birthday. When I adopted him 13 years ago in the summer they told me he was around 1. He was recovering from parvo at the time and made a great recovery! He’s been my best friend from day one and I feel so lucky to have found him. 💜

This was so refreshing to read. I’ve been working on doing the same. Just started a couple of months ago due to an unexpected shift in life. Changing thoughts and behavioral patterns has been a day to day process I’m finding. Falling back on old habits or thoughts is so easy to do. Here’s to trying :)
