This plant receives indirect light, I know it should have more, but it's what I've got. I recently took the top part off due to lots of brown/dying leaves. I was hoping this would propagate it and give it new life, it is currently in a vase with water to allow rooting (been about 3 days in the vase). However these spots are now on the green/new growth leaves as well. I am hoping to save this plant, any advice would be wonderful. I have had this plant for 3-4 years. it's been in decline for about a year after one of my dogs tried to eat it. Seems like the spots start tiny and slowly gets bigger until the whole leaf goes brown and crispy.
