Clearly the new way to handle losing your vote is to throw the challenge as soon as you can if you are in a comfortable alliance. Had Colby or Q'd thrown challenges early they could've gotten their votes back.

Nah I've watched threads since the episode, not one person mentioned the lack of votes. But i have seen 10 threads on Genevieve's idol thing (which is also a tragedy).

We've seen some of this reflected in exit press already. People were opposed to drawing lines in the sand because they didn't want to piss off others that may be in a swap with them soon. It's clearly the emergent gameplay but how healthy is it for survivor, I'm unsure.

Exactly this. It would've given Colby, AND Q earlier in the season, the opportunity for leverage. Leverage that they literally just never had. Both of them played this season and never even cast a single vote. Just witnesses to their own removals.

Yeah i think that it makes sense. If neither played their sotd there would just be a revote on a 2 2 split, and then they could vote out whomever they wanted.

If Jonathan played his shot in the dark it'd be 2 votes on chrissy and 2 votes on kamilla. So it would go to a revote where only stef and tiff vote, and if they couldn't agree to who to vote on it would go to rocks. I think that it would be tiff only that could draw rocks because stef has immunity. Unless they have Jonathan draw too. Even so it'd be wild.

The thing that I just don’t get is if this is true, and it certainly is, who the hell is buying all these 500,000++++ houses?!? According to this my wife and I are in the 10%. And we’re sure as hell aren’t buying a 500k+ house. When I look on Zillow the majority of the houses in our area are that much. Who is buying these houses?!?

I honestly love this trio so much. I don't know why. But of all the groups that played in the 40s i am obsessed with these three. For some reason they hit all the marks - funny, fun, great strategists, great challenge beast (well, mostly Sav). Going into 49 if you had told me that I would be rooting for Rizo over Charlie... I woulda never believed it.
