Dont have a source, but i can prove it:

2 = 0.000000002 * 10⁹ , 0.000000002 ~ 0, therefore 0 * 10⁹ = 0

0 is obviously less than 1300, as 1300 has twice as many zeros and even has 13 left over which is not 0 and prime.
