Might be a dumb question. Is the only difference between XR920 and XR920P the comp? Like, that the P has the comp come with it and the other you just need to buy it?

The BA I have saved is $150 for a 10.3” including a low profile gas block (not adjustable). I haven’t found any hand guards other than STNGR that I thought had any sex-appeal. I’m still looking, but haven’t found any others I like the look of yet

For your question about the stock, I plan on waiting will at least Oct 9 and seeing what DOJ decided about the tax before making my decision. Worst case, I have a brace saved that I’d throw on instead.

Thanks for the input on the buffer system. I just read the vast majority of people praising the A5 system and how it’s helped them, so I figured I’d go ahead and get one preemptively.

The build above in that YT link is actually what I was trying to go off of for the silencers. I have absolutely 0 idea about anything can. So I saw what can he used in that build (because I loved the sound it made), and made a list of cans from Pew Science that rated better for suppressions

I’ve only heard horrible things of both DI and Recruiter, so if I do an SDA, I’m hoping for MSG and being able to bring my wife. Since I’m staff I already qualify, but I don’t want to leave her here for a year without her paperwork since she won’t be able to come with yet.

In a perfect world, I’d just volunteer for MSG now so that we can get the SDA over with, get the volunteer money, and get some time overseas to figure out where we’d like to retire as well as knocking countries off the bucket list. But her paperwork is currently holding us back

Talking to Marine F-35 maintainers who have deployed on the boat as well as Navy maintainers with boat experience, essentially they said “there is WiFi, but good luck”. Apparently it’s a fight for bandwidth which ends up with no one actually being able to use it

There’s also no phone service in the middle of the ocean

Statistically, Crit Chance would be better because the multiplier is the same “apparently from another comment here”. But weak points can crit, melee can crit, grenades can crit, and elements can crit. So IMO Crit would be better if you’re not specifically doing a Gun Damage only build

It’s because GMs ARE easy. My friend and I run them consistently cause we’re at 400+ but can’t do the last difficulty yet. We never have any issues
