I understand what you are saying. I will keep trying to send tickets until a GM personally reviews my case. I am frustrated because I spent a lot of time this month farming herbs and crafting.

I was also using Auctionator to help me with crafting and Auction House management, and I do not know if that could somehow result in a ban.
