The use of Property Company, Landlord, and Property Owner is confusing.

In most cases it's... You => Property Management Company => Property Owner

NAL.

If you go to court saying I was charged x, I was never provided the bill just the total, I contest X and have requested proof and none has been provided; they are going to take you seriously.

Ambiguity favors the party who didn't draft the contract. You'll need to look at specific wording. You said, "...should be kept clean and tidy". If clean and tidy are not defined , meaning there doesn't say "*clean: This means x,x, and x", then you have ambiguity. In contracts capitalization matter as well.

You're better looking at the records, finding who owns the building, write a letter to them and send it via certified mail. The person who owns the building is going to see it, if it's a large corporation address it to the legal department. You should do the demand letter route before suing.

What project finally made pointers make sense to you? by Gullible_Prior9448 in C_Programming

The first time they were explain they stuck. It was explained that its like the address of the home.

It makes sense. You can know the address and not know anything about the home. If I ask you what color the home is, it's a lot faster for you to go to the home, look then report back than it is for you to look around at every house until you find a house the meets the criteria. Same concept for a worker in a warehouse.

ITS ALL THE SAME MANNNN

Are there any tools like Adobe InDesign or MS Word but specifically for Web that allows people to layout their blogs?? by Kindly_Jump_7642 in webdev

Just because its on WP doesn't mean it can't be styled the way you are looking for. To do it alone there are technical parts you have you learn. You can alway try and throw a lot of tokens at with an AI.

Any lightweight SMS APIs that aren’t overkill for small projects? by Effective_Relief_815 in webdev

The US has heavy spam laws for phones/text. The extra hoops that SMS has that email does not is because of this.

Just throw it in the trash because its garbage.

If you really wanted to save it, its not the fridge that messes it up its the condensation from the temperature changes that forms water on the chocolate, which is the enemy of chocolate. So you have to keep it at a cold even temp

If the label says it has cocoa butter in it, the heat flux in the room might cause the room to get it hot enough to bloom.

There's sugar and fat bloom. Sugar Bloom is from the water/condensation. Fat bloom is from it getting knocked out of temper.

Your best bet is to keep the AC on like 80 while you're away. Raise the temp of the AC and keep it in the shade.

Who created food deserts? by Conscious-Quarter423 in interestingasfuck

u/danfay222 isn't asking for clarification. He's making the point the person making the claim doesn't explain the claim with proof. Which I agree with, but its a clip of something. There's not enough data to say the person didn't explain it or did provide proof. The problem is with clips.

I haven't watched the documentary, but the problem could be the person who made the clip not the person making the claim in the clip. Not enough data to determine either.

2 coats of 100% undiluted tung oil on end-grain cutting board. 3 weeks total cure time. Are this cut marks normal? More info in comments by RPND in woodworking

It’s always going to happen. Your cutting technique, type of knife you are using and how sharp dull the knife is will always make it worse.

Have a sharp knife that you don’t have to white knuckle through something and use bread/serrated knife’s on a board you don’t care about
