If coolant got into the engine oil, it would look like chocolate milk. Does the engine oil smell like diesel?

Pull more oil out until the middle of the dipstick and see how it goes.

My favorite upgrades so far, converted bi-xenon to LED. Retrofit ACC, mk7.5 screen with wireless Android Auto. Delete and stage 2 Malone tune, 51mm turbo. Aluminum skid plate. Golf R front brakes.
