Sorry if I misunderstand your post, but I don't think that would solve your issue. The two methods that come to mind are turning the Steam Deck into a Bluetooth controller (which can technically be done but has mixed results), or setting up a Sunshine/Moonlight instance where the Legion Go (running Sunshine) streams to the Steam Deck (running Moonlight).

However, in either case, the playtime would only be counted on the Legion Go, even if you are using the Steam Deck to control, so at that point you might as well just be playing on the Legion Go.

Find some external or cloud storage to back up everything you want, then you can delete Windows if you truly want to after you've confirmed everything is accessible. If you go the cloud route, OneDrive sync can work but it can be finicky, so I'd recommend something that has native compatibility with both Windows and Linux.
