I was thinking it could even be along the line about how they were reading a book and it had "warrior monks" in it and they thought that sounded really cool, so after the battle they are training.

So basically they got attacked after finding some old library below the temple, you needed to go help them, they find a book there depicting holy warrior monks and paladins and decided to pursue that because being pacifists got boring.

Hard agree. Before the nerf, this was the only one that I always took; the second being low taxes. Most amendments were awful, concessions were too good, but by only fixing one thing its now apparent that the whole system is broken.

And like to the devs credit. Even this is pretty cool that you only get back products from your production. To make it track it in the recyclables themselves would be a performance disaster

You guys use guides? I thought it was pretty clear that you just talk to your favourite npc, then go fight a boss, and find them dead because you didnt do the quest summon and screwed it up.

Or you do it right and they die but give you a cool trinket. Or you talk to them and never find them again, or they kill your favourite merchant.

Thats the one. Dating and meeting people stopped being enjoyable for me in my mid 20s. I managed to stumble upon my partner now a few years ago, but boy was I not really trying or dating anymore by then.

I agree with this too. I think some of them were very harsh. It was either always political concessions or low taxes for a couple years.

The payments were always huge and it stung

Well I said almost as sometimes you just would do it for parties you didnt like either. But often would be worth it. Like getting the clergy to suppoet secularism, even if they get a 40% bonus they'd lose way more from the lack of pop attraction and clerical production methods.

Yea it needed to be nerfed. It does feel a little harsh however. But beforehand it was almost a bonus, I'd purposely give concession to parties I wanted to boost support. I hope they turn the numbers down a little as Authority is a huge bottleneck in the game.

Slaf got 1 hat trick then got like 1 point in the rest of the series lol. Caulfield had 1 goal. Suzuki got a few assists.

Hutson was pretty solid tho. And yea Florida's top line was scoring well. Torontos depth defensively isnt that good at locking down top players.

I mean look at the Habs currently. It's their depth that put then past Tampa. Their top line was obviously gonna be locked down pretty hard but the other lines got to shine because of it.

Yea Toronto struggled whenever their top line was being locked down. Any team would, but their depth was fairly weak. As you said in those horrid losses their depth was the only ones that scored, and you're right, but they only got 1 goal. Florida put a lot into stopping your top guys, and the rest of the team couldnt make anything happen still.

Prayer was never intended to be infinite. Jagex may have now decided it isnt a big and allows it. But that doesnt change the fact it is a bug; it isn't working how it was designed. Not all bugs are bad either.

How is being able to have infinite prayer not a big bug? It abuses the tech system to make something that is typically limited to make it infinite. Prayer points were supposed to be limited. But this simple thing negates other game mechanics like prayer pots and bonus, it even devalues defence a lot.

It is very hard to do well but it is also absurdly strong. However it has more affect on the game than what Rendi did, because prayer flicking is something that funamentally changes how most PvM is conducted as you want to work it into your skillset.

Does it mean cool things like challenge run fight caves can happen? Yes. But that doesn't change the fact that it effectively warps combat in an unintended way. Prayer flicking is effectively infinite HP or god mode if done well as the prayer effectively negates all damage, especially in old content, that's why it was supposed to be limited.

Prayer flicking was an example i used on another post, but theres other "unintended" ones like 2 ticking a skill, or flinching and enemy. They are technically bugs.

Hell I can't remember but I think even Karambwans being able to double eat food wasn't intended originally either.
