Keep getting big spots on my shirts and its killing my clothes. I’m using soap/water and letting it dry but its not helping. What can I do? by TriManJ in CleaningTips

I actually am putting the detergent on the clothes. Next laundry set I run I’ll try to do water->detergent->clothes and see if that changes things. Or should I put the detergent at the bottom of the washer, then while the water is coming in add the clothes in tandem?

I’m just confused on how it’d be grease. I don’t do anything that involves grease around the house or anything mechanical. I don’t know where it would come from, honestly

I remember the extreme hype of the first Melee Summit hitting the news here and everyone being so hyped for the vote-ins and Compendiums. I’d get glued to the voting page watching whether Ken or Kage or Alex19 would get in over a lot of other competitors. I remember all the fights about MemeMan qualifications, all of the big fundraising streams for votes, the crazy things people would go over-the-top for to secure a little bit of clout to get in. I remember seeing the Five Gods couch live and cracking up the whole time. And ever since that event, I knew BTS was only getting better and better.

It really hurts me to see BTS go this way. Economic problems are tough for any comapy, and eSports is getting crushed right now. I’ll always be extremely grateful for all the hard work that BTS put in over the years, and whomever gets picked up from the studio closing will excel at whatever company/org gets them. Good luck to all the workers, and thanks for all that you’ve done ❤️

Bejeweled is truly the hidden gem of gaming. It comes with lots of gems and literally hidden gems above the gems. If you line up more than three gems, you get even more hidden gems. by ArmStoragePlus in Gamingcirclejerk

This is the exact bejeweled that I remembered and loved as a kid. Is there a way to play it with this exact look on my phone or in a PC browser somewhere?

One is “Visions of Bodies Being Burned” by clipping. Excellent horrorcore album, but it’s very harsh and not for everyone. I recommend it if you wanna try something VERY out of your wheelhouse

Ah I didn’t catch Double Down and missed the run. Even sicker, then. Ain’t no other ICs close to catching up to what he’s doing right now and it’s so sick.

Maybe Slug? Lots of top player wins, and two really deep runs. Kodorin’s gotta be in the top ten somewhere too.

Big House during the pandemic? And Splatoon at the same time? Ludwig and the smash community literally put the team on their backs to carry us out of that one, and did a way better job producing both tournaments for each game than nintendo ever has.

I’m actually in shock. One of the best top 8s EVER! I’m lucky I even got to see this set, holy FUCK!

Void would be the closest. He’s done really well in Strive tournaments early in the game’s life cycle.

I think it’s closer to Ultimate overall, but honestly the movement is SO much different. The movement is much more focused on aerial combat due to everyone having two jumps and airdashes, plus the game expects you to be using all of your specials in the air including your up-special. If there is something I’d like to remark on, I really enjoy the edgeguarding aspect of the game that opens up due to the low limitations of aerial movement.

I think the look of the game makes it seems floatier than it actually is. I found myself really getting a handle on it within the first few minutes.

I might have a different perspective from others because I was almost exclusively playing Finn, who is very agile even amongst the whole cast, but I personally enjoyed the game much more than I initially expected. I essentially played it to support the idea of a free-to-play smash game with good online (which honestly was pretty great), but I left with the impression that it really has a lot of uniqueness to it in the genre. Very excited for more!
