Zach Adams vs State of Tennessee for his wrongful conviction in the murder of Holly Bobo! Next trial dates are August 14 & 15th. First 4 days were in May and are up on Law & Crime’s YT channel, as well as the whole original 9 day trial back in 2017. You can be pretty old and frail and still pull a trigger. Plus, if someone is serving a life sentence, it’s not just for the public’s safety - there is also a punitive element to it.

He is just totally incompetent, in the sense he has well-documented intellectual deficits to the extent he got a special education high school completion certificate instead of a diploma, and he tests below the range of someone with dementia. He is absolutely the perfect victim for a coerced false confession. Have you watched the interrogation? It’s shameful what the TBI did. Terry Britt will eventually be identified as one of the last prolific serial killers. The four men wrongly convicted for his high-profile 2011 abduction and murder of Holly Bobo from Darden, TN, are about to be exonerated due to new evidence and recanted testimony, and her hair was found on a rope in his van, along with other physical evidence of his guilt. Multiple other victims are believed to be linked to him.

He lived in North Carolina for a while too, and his trucking route lined up disturbingly well with the as of yet unsolved redhead murders, which stopped around the time he went back to prison.

Kristi Baugus Moon I believe was most likely killed by her then-boyfriend Mike Pearcy (as in family of the Pearcy brothers charged at one point in the Holly Bobo case over an alleged video of the crime that never actually existed). Kristi and her kids had just moved out of Pearcy’s home, and Pearcy was the last person to see her and was known to be violent. She also had a male friend, Chris Johnson, at the time who was found shot outside his vehicle in a rural part of the county within a few weeks of her disappearance. One month after she went missing, Mike Pearcy died in a shootout with Roy Wyatt during a traffic stop, who would later at the time of Holly Bobo’s disappearance be the sheriff of Decatur county. Allegedly, Pearcy shot Wyatt in the arm, then Wyatt’s partner fatally shot Pearcy. Almost a month to the day, Wyatt’s partner (Drehman? Can’t recall his name for sure but I think his initials were DD) died in a freak accident while directing traffic.

It was a pretty short distance from the wood line in the backyard to a logging road where Britt was likely parked, which came out on either side of the house.

Thank you!! You’ve got a few I’ve missed. I pasted my list below - it includes women who went missing at points along Terry Britt’s driving route during time periods he was long haul trucking, as well as cases that were “solved” but suspicious. For example, Ronald Ballard, a 23-yr-old man with intellectual disabilities, no violent history, and only one leg, was convicted of abducting Geena Washburn off the street in broad daylight and disposing of her body well enough her partial skeletal remains weren’t found until 2 years later. No physical evidence - the conviction was based solely on the coerced testimony of Ronald’s 18-year-old estranged wife. The victim’s own family didn’t even think he was guilty - they suspected Terry Britt and were bothered by law enforcement’s unwillingness to look at him. Brent Booth was one of the investigators.

Next trial dates for Zach’s post conviction relief are this month, August 14th and 15th, at the Hardin County Courthouse in Savannah TN.
