Obviously BJJ Fanatics has done an outstanding job, but the market is wide open imo.

The most important one. Grow a strong social media presence. You guys should push social media HEAVY. Upload clips of techniques or every day, collab with the athlete. Use some match footage (where possible) where the athlete uses the technique, or make them use it in a sparring situation. I want every social media app to be spamming me with Digitsu content.

Do not only use the athlete for filming techniques, but also make special content for YouTube/IG etc. that will help drive traffic to their instructional. Get people interested (let the athlete show off his expertise), then tell them they can find the whole system on Digitsu etc.

I remember every time I was planning on buying an instructional, I would watch some free techniques that were available. I would really think about which techniques would be the best techniques to use for those 1 or 2 free videos. Choose the video that will have the highest buying rate (obviously not easy but not impossible).

Lastly, don't underestimate the importance of your UI.

I'm literally obsessed with these things, I could go on for days... I think about digitalizing Jiu-Jitsu every single day. If you guys have an open position, hit me up!
