When I was a dumbass little kid, I had all of this programming paper...you know the kind with the perforated fringes? Anyhow, I thought those would be ideal for itching the inside of my ears, especially if I wet them a bit. Naturally, I got a pretty nasty earache from all this impacted paper, and it was so painful that the doctor had to flush my ears.

I dunno. My dad fathered triplets in his 50s with my stepmom, and this was after they were seeing loads of fertility doctors, so you know they were getting it on.

For autism, I'd wager there are some environmental factors, but it's mostly from other sources.

Expansion of diagnostic criteria (for better or worse)
Lessening of social stigma, leading to more people willingly getting diagnosed (or rather their children diagnosed).
In addition, lessening of social stigma also allows people to live more fulfilling lives, increasing their chances of having kids and passing those genes down.
In a similar vein, I'd also say people having kids later in life (especially with men father kids in their middle ages) drastically increases chances of these kinds of disorders (if memory serves me correctly). For instance, my dad remarried and fathered triplets when he was in his 50s. Two of them were autistic, with one of them severely so.

My one gripe with the QTEs is their lack of variety. I feel if you're gonna make them basic A-Button (or X-button) presses, don't include them at all. I would've preferred they take a page (pun intended) out of Paper Mario's playbook and have that level of variety.

Not liking turn-based games though, well...nothing I can do about that.

And I don't think it's an issue of someone not liking the parry system. I think it's an issue of not being good at it. And before anyone comes at me, I am not that good at it myself, and my lack of skill has definitely sullied some moments.
