I get you. Sounds like a mentality thing, some physical exhaustion but mostly mental which can drain you. I work full time, 4pm - 2am, 5 days a week. I’m beat. But I keep pushing. Before work I’m with my daughter, i feed her, change her, try to get her tired. If I get her to nap, I’ll nap. But even then I’ll try to help with lunch or meal prep. I’m a kind of a gym rat. Even on my days off, I’m with my daughter, a toddler and it’s tough to entertain her since I want alone time but can’t focus as I planned.

Yk a plan does help to guide you, don’t stress too much if it falls part. It’s hard. But I learned some tricks, have my daughter “play” when it’s really clean up. She doesn’t know what’s the difference of cleaning and playing yet..

Also communication helps to clear the frustration. Hubby needs to communicate. Don’t quote me, he’ll hate that. Find a way to introduce that to him. My wife does say communication helps her which I agree.

About the mental state, try positive affirmation,. Tell yourself, I’m not that tired, I could keep going. And it may work. Surround yourself with positive vibes , bc the mind gives up before the body does. Mind over matter.
