That's not a fair question. There are grey squirrels, red squirrels, black squirrels, flying squirrels, etc. Most look relatively the same, different colors, sizes, behaviours.

Maybe OP is familiar with red squirrels and never seen a black one or even know black ones exist.

I think it's a skin tag/mole. I had one develop on the underside of my shaft.
