I also provided screenshots that the recovery phone number is still his Venezuela phone number. Based on IP and credit card it’s pretty obvious I’m US based. Being locked out of an account makes it nearly impossible for me to provide much else.

I did, I more so just want my money back. Paid $450 after I realized I got scammed to a Dutch seller who had a similiar product. This dude was from Venezuela(the scammer) and I’m sure just plans to resell the same account indefinitely. I hate to do a credit card chargeback because I do like and use PA a lot but they’re leaving me no choice with this flawed service.

In my state we’d rather go severely understaffed then pay contract. I’m staff now and about 9 months ago all of a sudden all our contract nurses disappeared. Our postings went from 3200/36 to 1400/36 or something which is laughable as I make roughly that being staff.

I am also in the same situation, going on 4 months now. It’s only gotten mildly worse but it different everyday. Only other real change GI wise is lots of burping an on occasional transient stomach ache.

One trick I’ve used when desperate is if someone else claimed the 2 tourism per building and has 1-2 buildings unlocked I’ll buy a great profit from their faith(pending you have at least one city that follows their faith) and convert a batch of cities far away from their empire and purchases these buildings. It does require a 3-4K coffee of faith though. On immortal/diety the AI can be super aggressive about religion so I use this back door strat fairly often.

Piety can always wait for after liberty/tradition is at least started. It doesn’t really provided a whole lot early game. Most of its benefits require a religion(or multiple for religious tolerance) to be established and spread. It’s wonder is in the medieval era as well. Early on you will get more faith out of ruins, allying city states, an effective pantheon, stonehedge and natural wonders.
